Clarifying and Building the Vision for Your Business
B4 Business Critical Talks, Autumn Season: Workshop

“Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.” – Jack Welch
About the workshop:
The objective for this highly interactive workshop is to help you define or improve the Vision for Your Business. It will characterise the elements of a Business Vision. It will guide you in codifying your Vision and Values, putting together your core ideology and envisaged future for you and your colleagues to align behind, and to act as powerful drivers for your business. A strong vision is a fundamental building block of any business plan.
