Commercial Property Lawyer Joins Moorcrofts
Moorcrofts has bolstered its Commercial Property team with the appointment of highly regarded lawyer Fionnuala Woods, who has joined the firm to meet the needs of its expanding workload and increasing client base.
In her new position, Fionnuala will be reporting to Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson and supporting the existing work of the team and its reputation in the Thames Valley region as bespoke advisors to corporate occupiers on the acquisition and disposal of business premises.
She joins Moorcrofts from Clarkslegal LLP, where she spent the past three years in their real estate team, working across its Reading and London offices. Prior to that she was a solicitor at Birketts in Cambridge.
With specialisms in a range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, the drafting and negotiation of leases and a wide range of management issues, Fionnuala, alongside Julia Ferguson, will be looking to continue to grow Moorcrofts commercial property client base and allow the team to offer different levels of experience to meet client needs.
