What a crazy 12 months it has been for everyone. We have, much like everyone else, spent it trying to find ways to help the business continue to grow organically, while making the business sustainable. So here we are, 12 months on, still a fully virtual business and experiencing a great rate of organic growth. How? Visibility has been the key. Now we want to help our clients.

We are thrilled to have launched the brand new Kiril Mischeff website. Kiril Mischeff are market leaders in supplying high quality food, beverage and ingredient products to the UK market from around the world. They needed improved search and navigation functionality on their website, and a more modernised design to increase dwell time and conversions. For us, the next 12 months looks set to stay the same in terms of how we operate. Adapting to become a virtual business was pretty easy for us, mainly thanks to our Zoho CRM system. It has enabled us to continue to work collaboratively with each other, but also with our clients. Our real focus now is to build up our customer base.
