Who’s Who: Jonna Mundy – CEO, You HR Consultancy Ltd
Meet Jonna: Growing up in London and being the youngest of 24 grandchildren, Jonna’s upbringing was 3 generations in one house, with very traditional values.
Starting work in the big city at the age of 15, by the time Jonna was 22, she was recognised nationally as the youngest corporate manager in Royal Mail. Employed as a project consultant at the time, Jonna was given a new career opportunity to become a Human Resources (HR) professional when others realised her passion and potential to create commercial people solutions.
Now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Jonna has 20 years’ experience of HR and Organisational Development (OD). Keeping with her traditional values, Jonna has fulfilled her ambition to set-up a business to provide a service that really embraces every aspect of ‘people’ in organisations.
About You HR Consultancy
Founded in 2010, You HR Consultancy, the name was created from wanting something meaningful and memorable. Naming the business ‘You’ obviously connects to every person the company works with and also relates back to Jonna’s childhood when her Nan and Aunt would always read the Sunday magazine! The strapline “it’s all about the people” reflects the Consultancy’s pride in delivering a people-centric service for organisational development and growth.
The Consultancy’s service line tree sets out the four services on offer: Transactional HR, People Management and Organisational Development, Organisational Change, Workplace Wellbeing.
You HR’s passion for people doesn’t stop there… with an ethos to achieve a purpose not just to make a profit, they only work with Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and organisations within the Not for Profit (NfP) sector.
