B4 One: Mindful Change: Managing your Mental Health in the COVID crisis with Frank Nigriello
No one has been exempt from the impact of the pandemic, but some of the most unlikely victims have been those who’ve avoided the virus. COVID-secure workplaces and ‘working from home’ have led to feelings of anxiety, isolation and, in extreme cases, despair.
How can organisations and individuals have a stronger focus on mental health? Frank Nigriello will discuss a few ideas on mindful ways to manage the COVID changes that impact business people.
Frank Nigriello is a long-standing B4 member. He is Director of Corporate Affairs at Unipart Group and Chairman of Oxfordshire Business First. Frank is a strong advocate of responsible business and as such has been named HRH The Prince of Wales’ Ambassador for Responsible Business in the South East. He also chairs the South East Leadership Team of Business in the Community.
