Introducing… Michael Pawley of Proficio Solutions
Michael Pawley is the founder of Proficio Solutions which provides outsourced Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer services to a number of entrepreneurs and ambitious businesses, partnerships and LLPs who operate mainly in the professional service and legal sector, across the UK as well as in Europe, Hong Kong, USA and South America.
Proficio allows smaller growing businesses access to the same expertise and knowledge that larger businesses have so services are offered on a part-time basis to suit your needs. In this video, Michael explains more about the services offered and how he works with his clients.
Their approach is to ensure that directors and business owners really understand their finances using clear, relevant, analytical information and then to work with them to take informed decisions about their businesses. No two clients are the same, hence Proficio’s service is always individually tailored to their client’s specific needs. These inevitably change over time. Michael has been privileged to work with some of his clients now for over 10 years.
Proficio works with firms in several ways to help them:
• understand the financial drivers of their business
• improve their sales performance and growth
• take the pain out of the day-to-day accounting tasks
• deal with restructuring and funding
• managing mergers and LLP conversions
• understand government financial packages
The team at Proficio Solutions also provide book-keeping services for SME’s and assist with year-end accounts, tax returns and company secretarial matters.
As Gold Xero Partners, they are also certified advisors for Xero and can assist with all cloud accounting requirements
