The Journey to Zero-Carbon Homes with Ian Pritchett of Greencore Construction & Ssassy Property
This talk describes the journey Ian Pritchett and his various companies have been through over the last 30 years, recognising and understanding Climate Change.
Since becoming aware of the Climate Crisis Ian and his team have honed in on how to build zero-carbon homes, then how to make them zero-energy and more recently, how to make them Climate Positive.
In January, Ian launched a plan to build 500 Climate Positive homes in Oxfordshire over the next five years.
This talk will explain the steps through the journey and how futures housing may be constructed.
