We have all been taken by surprise in having to deal with the unprecedented times of 2020. Most of us went into isolation, rushing to the shops to stock our cupboards.
What not many of us thought about were the effects this would have on our mental state. We stocked everything possible for our physical needs, but how many of us thought about preparing for some of the tricks our mind could play on us?
I will be giving you a few simple tips that can help with your mind is finding it hard to get over the hurdles of real life experiences.
