Your Introduction to the World of Business (Episode 1)
Your Introduction to the World of Business gives businesses the opportunity to broaden the horizons of their future employees, and for students to learn more and ask questions about the world of business.
Original event took place on 14th May 2021.
B4 and Europa School UK have set up this webinar to provide students with an insight into the world of business.
Stephen Spencer, Chief Navigation Officer at Stephen Spencer + Associates, will be talking about how enlightened organisations build high-performing teams. Stephen will draw on his previous experience as an employer in public, private and third sector organisations, working with business excellence programmes including Investors in People and Hospitality Assured, to identify how employers and employees can work together better to create rewarding careers and thriving businesses.
Steve Cook, Co-Founder at Unstitution and Age of Human, will be sharing perspectives on how organisations that are compelled to be better fit for future purpose are re-imagining everything from their structures and systems design to their social contributions and place – and how this is informing their choices about the people they will need in the future.
Frank Nigriello, Director of Corporate Affairs, Unipart and Non-Executive Chairman of B4, will share a video looking at the businesses of the future and how today’s businesses need to adapt to become relevant and successful. With a wide range of experience in the world of business, Frank provides a thought-provoking insight into what opportunities today’s students can take advantage of tomorrow.
