Housed in an 18th century threshing barn just outside Henley-on-Thames, our gleaming 300l copper alembic stills are heated over open flames, controlled and guided by one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country – Jacob Wilson – to produce leading-edge, contemporary spirits whose roots are firmly planted in traditional, hand-crafted methods.

Jacob is the heart and soul of The Henley Distillery and with a small, passionate team around him, he has created the first three editions of the now award-winning Henley Gin as has recently launched Temple Island Rum.

Voted as ’New Distillery of The Year’ at The Gin Guide Awards 2022, we are energised and driven to create award-winning spirits whether that be for our own brands, our off-the-shelf white label spirits or creating bespoke products as part of our contract distilling venture.
