£10,000 to Turn Spare Room into Something Special
Pye Homes is offering house buyers the chance to transform a spare room into their personal amazing space with a £10,000 makeover offer.
The offer, which is available on two, three- and four-bedroom properties at their new Hanborough Gate development in Long Hanborough, will be provided as a £10,000 cashback ‘lump sum’ to help turn a spare room into anything from an office or games room to a home gym or even a home cinema.
“When you buy a new home there often isn’t much spare cash left over to put in those personal touches, which really help to put your own stamp on the property,” said Pye Homes’ MD Graham Flint.
“We’re hoping these extra funds will allow new homeowners to get that special, individualised space they’ve always dreamed of,” he added.
Hanborough Gate is a development by Pye Homes in partnership with Blenheim Estate Homes and features a selection of two, three- and four-bedroom homes to the western side of Long Hanborough. A total of 169 homes will be built by the end of 2021.
Its location on the edge of Long Hanborough village and just five miles from Witney and Woodstock makes it part of a wider local community with Blenheim Palace itself nearby.
Blenheim Estate has also supported the development by opening up a new network of permissive footpaths to provide access to the surrounding landscape and countryside.
Formed in 1927 and based in Oxford, Pye Homes has built up a wealth of experience with successful developments in many counties including Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and West Sussex.

About Pye Homes
For almost a century, Pye Homes have continued to take the same pride in the homes and communities they have built in Oxfordshire. Although many things have changed in that time, their values have stayed the same, because so much of what was true then is still true today. That way, they know your home is made for life.
By combining the best innovations with designs and materials that have stood the test of time, we build in harmony with nature and the local legacy, so that new homes simply belong as part of a community, right from the start.
That same regard for legacy has led us to join with Blenheim and to make our commitment to their Legacy Principles. Together we share a desire for progress alongside a deep-rooted sense of place and enduring connection to our neighbours and local communities.
