AV Events began in 2017 with one goal: to deliver quality AV at competitive prices. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly, moving into complete technical event production – but crucially keeping its original mission statement at its core.
Based across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, we regularly support events in London, the Midlands, and indeed all over the UK, whilst also supporting global hybrid and virtual events.
We deliver cost-effective, high tech solutions to events of all shapes and sizes: from virtual meetings, conferences and exhibitions, to drinks receptions, corporate events and awards ceremonies.
We’ve provided video wall backdrops for huge stars like Ellie Goulding, Rudimental and Take That. And our experience has put us in events across venues of all kinds: from international-chain hotels and purpose-built conference suites, to historical venues such as the Wallace Collection and V&A Museum, concert venues that include the Roundhouse, Wembley stadium, marquees galore, and even the American Ambassador’s UK residence!
We are happy to dry-hire equipment where appropriate, but are also able to provide full production services, ensuring your event has the sparkle it deserves and your guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
