B4 Members enjoy the company of a living legend of the entertainment industry
In December at Keble College, Peter Bennett-Jones, representing the Lord-Lieutenant as one of her Deputy Lieutenants, officially endorsed Raise’24. As an established television and film producer and agent, we were delighted to recently announce that Peter has agreed to become our Patron.
On Friday, Peter joined B4 Members as our special guest at Brasserie Blanc for another excellent Members Lunch, courtesy of our host and GM, Emily Carroll and her wonderfully attentive team.
On agreeing to become Patron of Raise, Peter commented. “I thought the event in December at Keble College was fantastic. There was clearly a lot of support from the business community for Raise. It’s a great idea to support multiple charities with one big event and there are obviously lots of parallels with Comic and Sport Relief. If I can help Richard and the team develop Raise then I have no doubt it will continue to grow. I am delighted to be announced as Patron.”
During the superb three course lunch, our guests, which included Zoe Jackson of Shire & Wold Staffing, had the opportunity to quiz Peter about his career, the people he represents and the boom of Comic Relief which he co-founded.
As founder of Raise and CEO of B4, Richard Rosser, added. “We are so fortunate to have Peter on board for Raise and having him as our Patron is a huge boost and one which will hopefully elevate the profile of Raise to another level. It was great to have Peter as our guest on Friday and it’s opportunities like this that B4 are able to bring to our Members. Please do get in touch with me if you would like to find out more about joining us at a future B4 event.”
