Change of use secured for Oxfordshire Community Foundation
Our planning professionals have acted on behalf of Oxfordshire Community Foundation advising them on planning matters and successfully securing the change of use of 33 Iffley Road from office to residential use.
The Oxfordshire Community Foundation works to improve the lives of Oxfordshire’s most disadvantaged people by unlocking the power of community and tackling the county’s most pressing social problems including homelessness, educational inequality, loneliness, and isolation. Our team supported the charity by providing the planning consultancy advice free of charge. Nicky Brock, Partner within our planning division, said “I was delighted to be able to support Oxfordshire Community Foundation in the essential work they do. The change of use of the property will help the charity realise maximum value and therefore provide further funds for their ongoing work.”
Oxford’s residential team has gone on to successfully market and sell the property on the charity’s behalf. Carter Jonas were also able to support the charity further with a reduced fee for the sale.
