Grant Thornton continues to invest in Thames Valley and Southampton
Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP continues its commitment to develop and retain the very best talent across the Thames Valley and Southampton regions, starting the year with three new senior promotions.
David Willott has been promoted to tax partner. He will be responsible for continuing to grow Grant Thornton’s Thames Valley and Southampton tax teams. David will have specific responsibility for leading the teams’ offering to fast growth mid-market businesses.

We continue to help businesses across the region through unprecedented times and support them as they grow and drive value creation. We have such a talented team of experts across the firm that we can provide our clients with an excellent breadth and depth of solutions. I’m really excited to start the New Year with a continued focus on providing quality and focused support to businesses across Thames Valley and Southampton, a market which continues to go from strength to strength.”
The firm has also promoted two new Directors in the region. Nigel Le Bas has been promoted to director in the corporate finance team and Madeleine Malenczuk to director in the audit team.
Over the past year, Grant Thornton has announced over 60 internal promotions in the region and welcomed over 50 new recruits locally as it continues to build and strengthen its local service offerings.
