Feedback on a past Happiness programme run by Christian Ehrlich.
‘It made me look at myself, my motives for making choices and analyse whether they are truly making me happy’.

It is particularly suitable to those people at work (including self-employed, volunteers, students, and part-time staff) but also applicable to those currently not at work due to current circumstances.
