Helping Ordinary People do Extraordinary Things
B4 Members Hall Personal Training have recently renewed their B4 Membership. Executive Director, Becky Hall, explains more about Hall’s role in the lives of their clients and why renewing with B4 was a simple decision.
“We specialise in small group personal training in Kidlington and Deddington, offering a private, supportive environment where our aim is to help our clients ‘fit’ exercise seamlessly into their busy lives, making exercise anything but a chore.
“Our favourite quote is, ‘We help ordinary people do extraordinary things’ which perfectly reflects the work we do to empower people to achieve their goals. If you’re struggling to prioritise your health around a full-time job or childcare, we can help you get started and stay committed to your fitness journey.
“Joining B4 was a new experience for me, as I had been so focused on the day-to-day running of the business that I hadn’t taken the time to connect with local businesses. Renewing my membership was an easy decision, though not for the reasons I initially thought. While it’s a great way to meet potential new clients, the real benefit for me has been the chance to connect with other business leaders facing the same challenges. The opportunity to brainstorm and share solutions has been invaluable.
“One of my favorite quotes from a recent People Ecosystems Roundtable was ‘Build bridges, not battles’ and it truly resonated with me. I’m excited for many more opportunities to grow both as a business and as a director.”
B4’s CEO, Richard Rosser, added. “This is music to my ears. Whenever I speak to a prospect about joining B4 I stress that they shouldn’t join to win business or get a financial return on their investment. Whilst many of our members do work together (inevitable when you put like-minded people together), like Becky they understand there are more non-financial gains to be had from the community such as learning, building a great network and developing confidence. It’s great to have Becky in the community and rewarding to see her grow as a business leader before our eyes.”
