L500 Ranking Success for Moorcrofts LLP

Corporate Law firm, Moorcrofts, is celebrating after being named one of the top tier law firms in the region by leading industry directory, The Legal 500 UK edition.

The directory annually provides a full, in-depth and comprehensive analysis of law firms across the UK, listing only the best performing in the industry. Moorcrofts feature prominently in the South-East category for Corporate and Commercial, Employment and IT Law.

Moorcofts has strengthened its position by moving up a tier in Corporate and Commercial – ranked in Beds, Bucks, Herts, Middx Region:

Moorcrofts LLP has ‘a very good knowledge of the relevant subject matter’ and ‘executes all tasks thoroughly’. The practice has solid expertise handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, company reformation and banking matters, and frequently advises business angels on funding and investment options. In a recent highlight, Teri Hunter advised the vendor shareholders of Grand Parade on its £13.6m sale to William Hill, handling the due diligence process and renegotiating a share purchase agreement.
