Moorcrofts advises on management buy-out of Plastor Limited
Moorcrofts LLP has advised Plastor Limited, a leading UK supplier of plastic containers, as part of a management buy-out.
Operating from its head office in Maidenhead, Plastor Limited, was established in 1992 as independent consultants and suppliers of a comprehensive range of plastic storage containers and materials handling equipment.
Today, it is one of the leading storage and handling product specialists in the UK, offering a huge range of high quality products and specialist advice to the biggest and smallest companies, across all industries.
John Yates, Plastor’s founder said:
“I am really pleased to note that as I step down, I am leaving the Company in very capable hands, with a strong management team who have worked with me and the Company for many years, I am sure the Company will continue to go from strength to strength. Many thanks to Teri Hunter and the Moorcrofts team and Sean Egan from Craufurd Hale for all their help and support and for making this a smooth transition”.
Moorcrofts’ Teri Hunter (corporate partner) led the transaction, with support from Mohsin Shabbir (corporate solicitor), Kierendeep Sahota (corporate solicitor) and Lindsey Abbott (employment solicitor).
