January 2022 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
Oxford Brookes Business School would like to invite you to the launch of our exciting new Senior Leader Development Programme Apprenticeship commencing January 2022.
This new apprenticeship complements our existing Senior Leader Apprenticeship for experienced managers, by offering an opportunity to develop your early career managers with high potential for senior leadership. The Senior Leader Development Programme Apprenticeship is designed to meet the same Senior Leader apprenticeship standard and can be funded via your apprenticeship levy or co-investment for non-levy payers.

Join help to Grow: Management Programme
The 12-week programme is an opportunity for SME senior leaders to build expertise across key business areas and to boost growth opportunities.
The programme combines a practical curriculum, with one-to-one support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network. By the end of the programme leaders will have developed a business growth plan to help them lead their business to release its potential.
The Government is providing funding to cover 90% of the programme cost for eligible organisations.
The programme will be delivered by:
- Small business and enterprise experts from Oxford Brookes Business School
- Supported by leading figures from industry and experienced entrepreneurs
