Shaw Gibbs supports Financial Planning Week 11 – 17 October 2021
UK consumers nationwide are being offered complimentary personal financial planning sessions by qualified financial planners including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP TM) professionals. The aim is to empower consumers throughout the UK by experiencing the support available from financial planning, this includes help with organising finances and guidance in planning how to reach life goals and dreams.
Shaw Gibbs enjoy supporting the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment’s (CISI) Financial Planning Week and will be holding free, hour-long sessions which can be booked with us in advance, and during the week commencing 11 October, via https://www.shawgibbs.com/book-meeting or by calling 01865 292200.
The annual campaign, organised by the not-for profit professional body the CISI, is a nationwide initiative aiming to help consumers build financial confidence, combat anxiety and stress about money and deal with life’s challenges around day-to-day financial decisions.

During Financial Planning Week, financial planners and their firms will be:
- Offering free consultation surgeries, in a variety of formats (online video call, phone call, or in-person)
- Opportunities for consumers to “Ask a Planner” a question in sessions or offer written responses to individuals’ queries
- Providing talks to local schools across the country to share the merits of the financial planning profession as a career
- Sharing their articles, guides and case studies onfinancialplanningweek.co.uk
