In addition to senior managers and exectives, 4Thought supports access to coaching for those who may not otherwise be able to access it.
4Thought are offering 2 hrs of free coaching and wellbeing support (virtual) to support:
- Local business people
- Local charities
- Young people leaving education
This year has been extremely difficult, and that increases the emotional stress and risk of ill health. We hope this may support access to those who could benefit from coaching, and also go some way to supporting economic recovery and mental well-being for those within our community.
Melissa will accept as many booking as she can in January 2021, so please contact her asap via Linkedin or by email to melissanoton@icloud.com
