Whitley Stimpson: a year of continued growth
Whitley Stimpson, one of the largest independent accountancy practice and business advisers in the area, has underlined its continued success by recruiting 17 new members of staff so far this year.
In announcing the new arrivals human resources manager Tracy Williams said: “This year’s recruitment reflects the growth of the company. The appointments range from managerial posts, support for some of our specialisations and graduate and college trainees. “
The appointments will boost performance at all four offices at Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe and Witney and add to the company’s growth from 61 employees four years ago to 92 this year.
Tracy Williams added: “Our policy of continuous staff development has contributed significantly to our growth over the last five years. Where-ever possible we also recruit locally to ensure that we continue our close ties with local businesses and the community at large.”
Whitley Stimpson was named as one of the top ten accountancy employers in the country by the industry’s influential magazine Accountancy Age. This year’s prestigious Accountancy Age 50+50 survey ranked the firm as one of the country’s top accountancy firms for the fourth year running. Whitley Stimpson also plays a large part in community life through sponsoring links with charities, sports clubs and the arts.
