You HR Consultancy, Business as ewesual
As the world responds to the outbreak of COVID-19, our You HR thoughts are with the people affected and the millions of health and social care professionals working around the clock to help those most at need, and to all those that will support the Country in trying to keep it functioning at such an unprecedented time.
Covid You HR virtual meeting: At You HR we are working to do our part by ensuring the safety of our employees, striving to protect the health and well-being of the communities in which we operate, and providing expert HR and guidance, tips and resources to our you to help them.
Our decision to work remotely has not impacted on our ability to maintain our high quality service standards. We tested our Business Continuity plans last week and as of yesterday (17th March) the You HR team have seamlessly put into action our plan to safely and securely work remotely.
How we can help you
HR can play a vital role in reducing the impact of COVID-19 in your workplace, so please keep in touch with your contract lead on any queries you may have.
If you have any ideas or questions of what else we can do or common questions we can answer, please email alison@youhr.co.uk and we will update our dedicated COVID-19 webpage which you can access by clicking here. We will be regularly updating all our Frequently Asked Questions, news and links to other key resources (.Gov, charities that you and/or your employees may benefit from such as Mind and Age UK for elder care needs), so please use this page as your main source of general information from us. I have taken a view that I do not want to regularly add to your email traffic and keep sending out updated information, and that it would be easier for you to access our updates from our website, at your convenience.
Our response times as set out in your contract with us remain ‘as is’ for incoming work outside of our scheduled work plan.
