You HR relaunch You HR Academy for remote working teams

The You HR Academy comes in two parts: providing business owners and line managers with a content library, and an e-learning facility for staff development. The Academy’s content library provides best practice guidelines, documentation templates and standard operating procedure advice to support businesses in managing individual and team performance when working remotely from the office and each other.
