It has been my privilege to have been the Chief Executive of this wonderful charity since 2015. Having got a Law degree and flirted briefly with chartered accountancy I have spent the vast majority of my career working in social care, starting as a support worker and progressing through different roles and organisations to where I am today. I have seen massive change in the sector in this time but the fight for inclusion and adequate resources has never been more important.
