About
I’ve had an “interesting” working history. I was a musician for many years and took work along the way to subsidise my income. So, I've worked in many jobs at different levels of responsibility, including running my own business. In 2000, I re-focussed my career, firstly working with young people in the youth justice system and then moving upward and onward to managerial positions in a number of charitable and statutory organisations until becoming the CEO of Oxford Head Injury Services. I’m hugely passionate and motivated by the work we do to improve the lives of those affected by acquired brain injury.
