Sarah is Co-founder and Executive Director of High Spec Composites Ltd, responsible primarily for all business planning and development, finance, HR, operations, training, health and safety, community engagement, marketing, and events.High Spec began in June 2010 when husband and wife team, Sarah and Matt, took on the challenge of turning fifteen years’ experience and a joint desire to progress into an operational business.
Over the course of thirteen years, they have combined their skills and passions to grow High Spec into a leading and multi-award-winning composites supplier primely located in Motorsport Valley.
One of Sarah’s keen interests is investment in people. Sarah takes great pride in engaging with local education providers, delivering employability skills workshops, and employing vocational learning positions.
