Autumn greetings to you all

In my opinion, late September and October, has to be the best time of year. Leaves are on the turn and we can still enjoy a hint of late summer, sunny temperatures. What do we look forward to? Cepes, Porcini, Penny Buns are wonderful, quickly tossed in a very hot buttered pan and served with a sprinkling of chopped parsley, unfortunately grouse didn’t happen because of a strange lack of pluckers and truckers…
