What you may not know is that Oxfordshire County Council is heavily involved in many innovation projects, particularly in transport and social care, that bring together public and private sector partners.
Oxfordshire Voice (OV) approaches its first year anniversary with much still to do, but that was always going to be the case with such a high bar set from the outset.
