Thanks to the generosity of the community, Oxfordshire Homeless Movement (OHM) was able to raise funds that will now be used to help those at the sharp end of homelessness.
The Lived Experience Advisory Forum is a partnership approach between the Oxfordshire Homeless Movement, Aspire and The Gatehouse that ensures people who have their own experience of being homeless are listened to and can influence the services on offer. A new Coordinator role will take the lead in championing the homeless voice locally.

Oxfordshire Homeless Movement (OHM) is appealing to local residents, visitors and workers to help them ensure no-one has to sleep rough in our county in 2021 and beyond.
The city of Oxford has one of the most severe rough sleeping and homelessness problems in the UK. We know that on any one night, there are around 100 people sleeping rough in the city, and many more individuals and families in precarious accommodation such as bedsits, friends’ sofas or hostels. The disturbing sight of people sleeping on the streets is just the tip of the iceberg – and we believe we can do better.
