Streaming platform giants, Twitch has clearly built from the increased engagement in 2020 brought about by the lockdowns imposed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to data presented by Wette.de, Twitch generated $195.5M in in-app purchases in the first half of 2021, 139.88% more than the first half of 2020.
