Meet the B4 Team

Sophie Wood brings over five years of experience as a virtual assistant to her role on the B4 membership team, where she has been a valued part of the organisation for two and a half years. Day to day, Sophie manages member communications, CRM operations, social media content for events, and membership administration, acting as a first point of contact for member queries and support. Sophie’s people-first approach makes her a natural fit for the membership team, where understanding relationships and values matters just as much as managing processes.

Across her career, Sophie has worked with businesses spanning multiple sectors, taking on responsibilities including process development, marketing, web design, graphic design and social media. Her commitment to excellence was recognised when she was selected as a Finalist for Virtual Assistant of the Year at the Strategic PA Awards 2024.

Frank Nigriello is Non-Executive Chairman of B4. He is also Co-Chair of Trustees at Earth Trust, the Oxfordshire charity centred on nature-based solutions for biodiversity and community wellbeing. Frank is also a founder member and non-executive director of the Ideas Network 2030, which looks at long term geopolitical trends.

His executive career spans 25 years as Director of Corporate Affairs at Unipart Group, where he also led a £5m management consultancy specialising in learning and knowledge management. He also held senior executive roles at Barclays and IBM.

A former Responsible Business Ambassador for HRH the Prince of Wales, Frank has worked across business, academia and the public sector to build collaborative networks and drive responsible growth. He has held leadership roles at Business in the Community, and has been an industrial fellow at Oxford Brookes University.

Edward Rosser is the founder of NX, a curated network for under-35 founders, operators and professionals across Oxfordshire, designed to bring together the next generation of business leaders through high-quality events and partnerships. He has been closely involved with B4 for over 15 years, contributing across events, media and marketing, and supporting the ongoing development of the business through supporting the delivery of events, alongside digital content, and promotion.

He has contributed to key initiatives within B4, including the Oxfordshire Business Summit and longer-term membership structures, and supported the business during the COVID-19 period through digital content and online activity. Through both his work within B4 and independently, Edward has contributed to projects involving over 100 businesses, giving him broad exposure to different sectors and a practical understanding of how organisations present themselves and build relationships.

NX builds on this foundation, focusing on engaging the next generation of founders and professionals, while helping to develop a natural pipeline of individuals who may go on to play a wider role within B4 business community.

Sue’s role in the Family Business is to quietly stay in the background. Her role is to look after accounts and credit control. However, she does try to keep the offices in order and open security gates if needed. Quietly proud of the team knowing Colin would be too. Unfortunately no longer with us but as founder he created and loved B4 like we all do. Sue does often attend the amazing events we hold and can be seen chatting away to our wonderful B4 Members

Tina thrives on turning ideas into memorable experiences. With a strong background at Bicester Village, Worton Hall, and B4 National, she has extensive experience in planning and delivering events of all sizes. Combining creativity with meticulous organisation, Tina ensures every detail is executed flawlessly from concept through to completion. She is highly skilled in managing venues, coordinating suppliers, and overseeing event logistics, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Tina takes pride in delivering a diverse range of high-impact events across corporate and hospitality sectors, including breakfasts, lunches, and formal dinners. Her proactive, personable approach, attention to detail, and calm professionalism ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Richard Rosser has been CEO of B4 for over 20 years, establishing it as Oxfordshire’s premier business community. Today, B4 brings together many of the region’s most high-profile organisations, including Blenheim Palace, Unipart and Oxford University, delivering over 60 high-quality events each year at exceptional venues such as Rhodes House, Keble College, Soho Farmhouse, RH England, Le Manoir and Silverstone Heritage Museum.

Richard is the founder of the Oxfordshire Business Summit, widely regarded as the county’s leading business event, and Raise, a collective fundraising initiative that has generated over £100,000 for Oxfordshire charities in just two years.

Known as one of Oxfordshire’s most connected individuals, Richard built B4 alongside his father, creating a trusted and influential community that remains second to none.

Robin Garnett is a creative consultant helping businesses – large and small, across all sectors – to tell their stories. He develops compelling brand and creative strategies, and (with the Creative Collective) brings them to life through brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital content and presentations that cut through, resonate and deliver long term impact.

He was previously Global Creative Director at Warner Bros Discovery, leading the brand and launch of HBO Max and Discovery+ streaming services, as well as visual identity and multi-channel marketing for entertainment brands including Discovery, BBC, Animal Planet, TLC, Quest, UKTV and Food Network. As creative director at Discovery and the BBC, his teams won over 250 awards, including Best In-house Creative Team (Promax Global), Media Brand of the Year (Media Week), Best Design Team (Promax), Best Channel Marketing (Broadcast) and Best Identity Design (Cannes Lions).

Jo Stevens is Managing Director of Oxford Innovation Space, the largest innovation space network across the UK and Ireland, encompassing over 32 locations. The organisation supports more than 870 early-stage science, technology and innovation-led companies across nearly one million square feet of space, with a focus on commercialisation of research, placemaking, regeneration and growth.

She leverages her strategic expertise and extensive network to create and deliver value for the organisations she works with. Jo is also Chair of the British Heart Foundation’s “Heart of Oxford” Business Board, leading a group of local business leaders supporting cardiovascular research through fundraising and awareness initiatives.

With over 20 years’ experience in marketing and business development, she has led impactful campaigns and events across multiple sectors. Jo is also a member of the Institute of Economic Development, a Non-Executive Board Member at B4 National, and a former Director of the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA).

John Hoy is an Oxfordshire-based independent heritage consultant and, alongside a number of Non-Executive Director roles, serves as Chair of the Silverstone Museum. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across some of the UK’s most significant historic estates and visitor destinations.

Through senior executive roles at Blenheim Palace, where he served as CEO for 14 years, and at Castle Howard, also as CEO, John has led complex heritage environments that successfully combine conservation, commercial performance, education and public engagement.

He has extensive experience in estate management, visitor operations, capital projects and governance. This expertise is complemented by his service as a Board Member for Visit England from 2011 to 2019, where he contributed to national tourism strategy and destination growth.

Claire Croft is an ICF accredited executive coach and culture change specialist who helps leaders and leadership teams move beyond limiting patterns and perform at their best. She works with clients during pivotal moments of growth and change, helping them build clarity, confidence and cohesion — so they can work more effectively together and feel more energised in what they do.

Claire is known for her ability to spot what is getting in the way, especially the things that are not being said but are shaping outcomes. Taking a systemic approach, she helps clients identify what needs to shift — not just at an individual level, but across the wider context they operate within. Her work is strategic, commercially grounded and focused on delivering meaningful, lasting impact.

During her thirteen years as a coach Claire has worked with organisations of varying size from a range of sectors including finance, advertising, professional services, healthcare, retail, leisure and logistics. Her culture change work has been recognised through industry awards, reflecting the impact and sustainability of the change achieved.

Peter McLintock is a corporate finance lawyer and currently holds an ambassadorial role with Mills & Reeve, where he connects clients, colleagues and markets across the Golden Triangle and the Ox-Cam Growth Corridor.

He was a founder and former leader of Mills & Reeve’s Oxford office, which opened in 2022 and has since developed into a dynamic hub supporting sectors including life sciences, technology, education, real estate investment and private wealth.

Peter has extensive experience in buying, selling and funding businesses, with particular expertise in venture capital and private equity transactions. He is passionate about supporting clients in developing their businesses, markets and long-term strategies.
