B4 Website Launch

B4 launches its brand new website — connecting leaders, showcasing members and building stronger business relationships across Oxfordshire.

After 20 years of building trusted business relationships, creating meaningful conversations and connecting leaders across Oxfordshire and beyond, we’re excited to announce the launch of the brand new B4 website.

This isn’t just a fresh look. It’s a complete evolution of how our community connects, collaborates and grows together.

The new platform has been designed to:

✅ Showcase the incredible organisations and people within B4
✅ Make it easier to discover events, opportunities and insights
✅ Create stronger connections between members
✅ Support the next phase of growth for our business community
✅ Reflect the energy, ambition and quality of the B4 brand

Over the past two decades, B4 has grown into far more than a network. It’s a trusted community built on relationships, collaboration and shared ambition — and this new website represents an exciting new chapter in that journey.

A huge thank you to Elle Iannaccone, Robin Garnett, Emma Hearn, Tam and the brilliant team at Creative Collective UK for their incredible hard work, creativity and commitment throughout this project. We’re proud of what we’ve built together.

To mark the launch, we’ll be hosting a short online session to:

  • Introduce the new B4 website
  • Showcase key features and functionality
  • Share the thinking behind the platform

Marnie will share valuable guidance on how businesses can confidently embrace AI, improve productivity, and future-proof their operations before hosting an in-depth discussion with David Green, Head of Innovation at Blenheim Palace. Together, they will explore Blenheim’s AI strategy, how AI is already transforming operations within the heritage sector, and what the future of intelligent technology adoption could look like for organisations of all sizes.

This exclusive Ecosystem Roundtable offers an opportunity to hear from two forward-thinking leaders at the forefront of AI implementation, whilst connecting with fellow business leaders navigating similar opportunities and challenges.

She believes the true power of AI lies in amplifying human capability, increasing capacity, and enabling teams to work smarter rather than replacing them.

About David Green

David Green is a pionering technology and data leader in the heritage sector, combining more than 25 years of hands-on operational experience with a passion for innovation and artificial intelligence. As a champion of data-driven operations, David has led the development of AI-powered systems that integrate operational, environmental, financial, and behavioural data into intelligent platforms capable of predicting visitor flows, improving staffing efficiency, and enhancing conservation planning. His work demonstrates how historic organisations can embrace cutting-edge technology while preserving the human expertise essential to caring for irreplaceable heritage assets.

David is particularly recognised for his people-first approach to AI adoption, focusing on education, transparency, and collaboration to build trust across large teams. What you’ll learn
• A simple “AI workflow map” for biz dev: inputs → prompt → output → next action.
• How to research prospects quickly and spot relevant angles (without falling into a Google rabbit hole).
• How to turn research into personal, high-response outreach (LinkedIn/email) with clear next steps.
• (Bonus) How to repurpose one idea into 3–5 pieces of outreach/content that support conversion.

What you’ll leave with
• 2 reusable prompt templates: Lead Gen Research + Personalised Outreach.
• Practical guidance on boundaries: what not to automate, and how to protect your reputation when using AI for outreach.

Breakfast & Better Business Ecosystem Roundtable

B4 Better Business Ecosystem Roundtable hosted at B4 HQ.

Join Grant Hayward of OSEP, and other local businesses at our Better Business Ecosystem Roundtable at B4.

About the Ecosystem

Increasingly, companies recognise that business success is more than just making profit, and the essential ingredients demand that businesses operate in new and evolving ways. It is vital for companies to have positive impacts on society and the environment, as well as the economy. People want to work for, buy from, supply to, and increasingly, invest in, businesses that operate in these ways. But how do business leaders achieve this? This isn’t about philanthropy, “giving back”, or just “doing some nice things” on the side. This is about creative, innovative and evolving business models.

The B4 Better Business Ecosystem is a great opportunity to meet and engage with like-minded local businesses to learn and share, and this roundtable is an ideal face to face forum to explore ways in which companies can, and are, doing “Better Business”.

About Grant Hayward

After 30 years in the corporate world trading commodity products, Grant operates in a world surrounded by inspirational people and organisations and has truly found his place supporting and encouraging business as a force for good to make society and the world a far better place. Grant draws upon his extensive corporate career and voluntary sector experience. He has been supporting Richard and the B4 team for a number of years to embrace the shift and “awakening” within the business community to the opportunities and benefits of becoming more purposeful.

Grant has trained with the B Corp movement and is a “B Leader”, having championed the movement even before it launched in the UK. He is also Co-Chair of one of the first “B Local” groups to be established in the UK, here in Oxfordshire.Grant focuses almost all of his efforts through OSEP, a community Interest company, which has established itself across Oxfordshire to provide support for impactful businesses and also works closely with other key stakeholders across sectors in the county including OxLEP, the universities, local authorities and voluntary sector support organisations to help ensure the strong local economy we enjoy is even more inclusive and one that works for everyone.

Oxfordshire Business Summit 2027

Following the continued success of the Oxfordshire Business Summit, business leaders from across the county will once again gather at the iconic Blenheim Palace for one of the region’s most influential business events.

In partnership with Blenheim Palace, B4 is delighted to announce the provisional return of the Oxfordshire Business Summit on Thursday 13th May 2027.

To reward this year’s attendees with priority access, we are releasing an exclusive allocation of just 50 advance tickets at £400 + VAT ahead of the general public launch later this year.

As the date remains provisional pending final confirmation with the venue, all early purchasers will be contacted before the end of June 2026 with confirmed event details. At that stage, ticket holders will have a 30-day window to either:

  • Confirm and retain their place
  • Request a full refund
  • Transfer their ticket to another delegate

Tickets can be purchased online or reserved via invoice request.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Blenheim Palace for another exceptional Oxfordshire Business Summit.
