Lorna is a senior HR Generalist with over 20 years’ experience across multiple industries. Lorna founded FARRELL HR in 2024, a HR Consultancy providing Senior Leaders and in-house HR teams with expertise to transform and futureproof their organisations.
Lauren Kendall is CEO of Survivor Space Oxfordshire, a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence and abuse across Oxfordshire.
As CEO, Lauren leads an organisation providing free specialist services to survivors, including counselling, advocacy and emotional support. She is passionate about ensuring survivors can access the support they need and about raising awareness of sexual violence and abuse within the wider community.
Under Lauren’s leadership, the organisation has entered a new chapter as Survivor Space Oxfordshire, with a renewed focus on becoming more visible and recognisable, helping more survivors across the county understand the support available to them.
