B4 unveils new website, refreshed brand and evolved membership structure

10th Jun 2026

B4, one of the UK’s leading business communities, has launched its new website alongside a refreshed brand identity and an evolved membership structure designed to better reflect the needs of modern business leaders and organisations.

The launch marks an important milestone in B4’s journey as it approaches its 20th anniversary at the end of June, reinforcing its commitment to connecting businesses, sharing knowledge and supporting leadership development across the region and beyond.

Since its inception, B4 has grown from a business publication into a thriving community of business owners, senior leaders, decision-makers and emerging talent. The new website has been designed to provide members with easier access to opportunities, content, events, connections and business insights while creating a stronger digital platform for future growth.

Richard Rosser, CEO of B4, said: “The way businesses connect, learn and grow has changed significantly over the past two decades. Our new website reflects that evolution and creates a platform that better serves our members today while supporting our ambitions for the future.

“This is more than a new website. It is a renewed commitment to creating meaningful connections, sharing valuable knowledge and helping our members raise their profile, build relationships and achieve their business objectives.”

Elle Iannaccone CEO and Founder of Creative Collective, B4 Members and developers of the new site, added. “Working with B4 has been about much more than creating a new website. It was an opportunity to help evolve a respected business community’s brand and digital presence in a way that reflects where it is today and where it wants to go next.

“As B4 approaches its 20th anniversary, we wanted to create a platform that feels modern, accessible and member-focused, while staying true to the relationships, trust and sense of community that have always been at the heart of the organisation. The new website and refreshed identity are designed to support growth, increase engagement and create a stronger foundation for the future.

“B4 has built an incredible reputation over the last two decades, and it has been a privilege to help bring that evolution to life through a refreshed brand and digital experience.”

As part of the relaunch, B4 has introduced a refreshed membership structure designed to focus on outcomes rather than traditional membership hierarchies.

The new membership portfolio comprises two organisational memberships in Connect and Signature:

Connect
The core organisational membership for businesses looking to build meaningful relationships, raise their profile and engage with the wider B4 community.

Signature
B4’s flagship organisational membership, designed for organisations seeking enhanced visibility, influence and engagement through premium content, events, leadership opportunities and strategic connections.

The site also includes two new individual memberships, one for professionals younger than 35 and one for senior leaders who want to connect with peers.

Founder of NX, Ed Rosser commented. “After speaking with business leaders in the B4 community, it became clear there was a desire for more opportunities for high-performing under-35 professionals to connect with one another. NX will provide a trusted environment for members to build meaningful relationships, share not only their successes, but also their challenges, with the aim to learn from one another’s experiences and be exposed to different perspectives.

“By bringing together talented individuals from different sectors, we hope NX will help members build strong connections early in their careers that will support their personal and professional development, not only today, but for many years to come.”

B4’s Chairman, Frank Nigriello, commented on Corum. “We know that business leaders learn best from people with lived experience. Corum is an exclusive community that brings business leaders and decision makers together for focused, peer-to-peer learning experiences and meaningful discussions. The result is ongoing relationships built on mutual respect and trust.”

The move from traditional tier names to purpose-driven memberships reflects B4’s belief that businesses increasingly seek meaningful outcomes rather than simply belonging to a membership category.

Rosser added: “We wanted our membership names to better represent the value our members receive. Connect is about building relationships. Signature is about becoming one of the most visible and influential organisations within our community. Corum remains our trusted forum for senior leaders, while NX continues to support the next generation of business talent. Together, these communities create a powerful ecosystem that supports business growth, leadership development and long-term success.”

The website launch also introduces enhanced member profiles, improved event discovery, richer content experiences and new opportunities for members to showcase expertise, share insights and engage with the B4 community.

The new website is now live at www.b4-business.com.
