B4 Welcomes Style Acre: Building Partnerships to Champion Inclusion Across Oxfordshire

3rd Nov 2026

B4 is delighted to welcome Style Acre to its growing business community, with Fundraising and Marketing Manager Anne-Marie looking forward to building meaningful partnerships that promote inclusion, create opportunities and deliver lasting social impact across Oxfordshire.

Style Acre is an Oxfordshire charity dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live the lives they choose. Through person-centred support, employment opportunities, community activities and wellbeing programmes, the charity helps people build confidence, develop independence and fulfil their potential.

With a strong commitment to collaboration, Style Acre is joining B4 to connect with businesses and organisations that share its ambition to create a more inclusive and supportive community.

Style Acre 1Supporting People to Live the Lives They Choose

At the heart of Style Acre’s work is a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life that is meaningful, independent and full of possibility.

Across Oxfordshire, the charity supports people to live independently in 39 supported living houses, alongside providing activities and opportunities through its community hubs in Banbury, Didcot and Wallingford.

Its Work Programme, Garden Project and social enterprises offer practical opportunities for people to work, volunteer, develop new skills and contribute to their communities.

Meanwhile, Style Acre’s Ways to Wellness Programme supports physical and emotional wellbeing through accessible activities, resources and peer support.

The outcomes can be life-changing. People develop greater confidence, strengthen communication skills, build friendships and experience opportunities they may never previously have considered possible.

Style Acre 4Creating Meaningful Partnerships with Oxfordshire Businesses

Representing Style Acre within B4 will be Anne-Marie, the charity’s Fundraising and Marketing Manager.

Passionate about bringing people together, Anne-Marie has a particular interest in developing partnerships that generate genuine benefits for businesses, charities and the wider community.

From corporate fundraising and volunteering to employee engagement, marketing collaborations and skills-sharing, she is keen to explore how local organisations can work together to create positive change.

One area of particular importance is helping businesses strengthen their social impact by creating genuine opportunities for inclusion.

By connecting businesses with people supported by Style Acre, the charity can help organisations develop more inclusive workplace cultures, engage their employees in meaningful activities and build stronger connections with their communities.

Anne-Marie explained:

“At Style Acre, we believe strong communities are built through collaboration. Joining a business network will enable us to connect with like-minded organisations, share best practice, and collaborate with organisations that are committed to creating positive social impact across our community.”

A Warm Welcome from B4

Richard Rosser, CEO of B4, welcomed Style Acre to the community and highlighted the opportunities for businesses and charities to learn from one another.

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Anne-Marie and Style Acre to the B4 community. Style Acre does extraordinary work across Oxfordshire, helping people with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling, independent lives and realise their potential.

“One of the greatest strengths of B4 is our ability to bring businesses and charities together, creating relationships that deliver genuine benefits for everyone involved. There is so much our members can offer through their expertise, connections, volunteering and support, but equally so much businesses can learn from organisations like Style Acre about inclusion, opportunity and community.

“I very much look forward to introducing Anne-Marie to our members and seeing the partnerships and opportunities that develop.”

An Invitation to Connect

Style Acre is keen to hear from B4 members interested in exploring purposeful partnerships, whether through fundraising, volunteering, employee engagement, sharing professional expertise or helping create opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism.

For businesses looking to make a meaningful difference locally, working with Style Acre offers an opportunity to support an established Oxfordshire charity while strengthening their own approach to inclusion, employee engagement and community involvement.

B4 extends a very warm welcome to Anne-Marie and everyone at Style Acre and looks forward to helping build connections that make a lasting difference.
