Up to 240 professionals, operators, founders and business leaders will come together at Keble College, University of Oxford on Friday 2 October for the NX Business Summit 2026, exploring what great leadership could look like in the years ahead.

The NX Business Summit 2026 will take place at Keble College, Oxford on Friday 2 October, bringing together professionals, operators, founders and established business leaders from across Oxfordshire and beyond for an afternoon of leadership insight, discussion and cross-sector networking.

While the Summit is taking place in Oxford, attendance is not limited to Oxfordshire. NX is looking to bring together professionals, operators, founders and business leaders from across the wider region and beyond, including Oxford, Reading, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, London and surrounding areas. The aim is to create a genuinely cross-sector and cross-regional environment, bringing together people and perspectives that may not ordinarily meet.

Built around the theme Business Leadership 2030, the Summit will explore different perspectives on how business leadership could evolve over the coming years, the challenges leaders are likely to face and the skills and approaches that could become increasingly important.

The Summit is primarily designed for under-35 professionals, operators and founders who are operating in, or progressing into, leadership roles, while bringing them together with experienced leaders from a wide range of organisations and sectors.

The 2026 speaker line-up brings together perspectives from business, technology, communications, the charity sector, entrepreneurship and executive leadership.

Sessions throughout the afternoon will consider leadership from several different perspectives, from leading organisations and teams today to looking ahead at the changing business environment towards 2030.

Alongside the speaker programme, attendees will have the opportunity to meet people from organisations and sectors they may not ordinarily encounter, with cross-sector relationship building forming an important part of the Summit.

The afternoon will conclude with networking and a drinks reception at Keble College.

Bringing together the NX and B4 communities

NX is a peer network for under-35 professionals, operators and founders who are operating in, or progressing into, leadership roles.

Through NX, attendees have opportunities to build relationships with others at a similar career stage, meet established business leaders, exchange ideas and perspectives, and develop connections across Oxfordshire’s wider business community.
