Attendees heard how these distinct centres of excellence were created following the acquisitions of Licence Check and DriverCheck, ensuring that each area could focus on specialised challenges while benefitting from shared values and vision across the group. This structure enables Ebbon to deliver scalable growth, enhanced customer service, and targeted innovation.

The roundtable also explored the wider implications of Ebbon’s work for the future of mobility. From fleet optimisation and compliance to AI-driven insights and sustainability goals, Craig and Rob emphasised how digital platforms can address systemic challenges while creating opportunities for collaboration across industries. Both leaders also shared personal reflections on their own journeys with Ebbon, highlighting the importance of resilience, long-term thinking, and a culture of shared values.
