This summer, The Orangery at Blenheim Palace offers functionality and luxury for bespoke events. Located on the Oxfordshire UNESCO World Heritage Site, the space is a stunning backdrop for all business needs – combining contemporary elegance with the warmth of its historic surroundings.
Accommodating up to 150 guests for seating and up to 250 for standing drinks receptions, it is perfectly suited for conferences, company anniversaries, awards ceremonies, celebratory gala dinners, summer parties or exclusive events.
The Orangery provides a versatile and bright space with beautifully appointed interiors and a private terrace overlooking the gorgeous South Lawn and Duke’s Italian Garden. For bespoke events, the adjacent space opens onto an Italian Terrace which overlooks the private Italian Garden – the perfect set-up for hosting outdoor drinks and barbecues.
In 2024, The Orangery underwent an impressive £2m renovation, believed to be the first of its type to be carried out on a Grade I Listed building, in which the glass ceiling was replaced with a timber and slate structure in the spirit of Sir John Vanbrugh’s original design.
Within Blenheim Palace are a number of unique and hugely versatile locations suitable for ceremonies and receptions, including the Marlborough Room, the Great Hall, the Saloon and the Long Library, as well as several stunning outdoor locations. The impressive venue and dining experiences feature locally sourced ingredients, using fresh fruits and vegetables from the Palace’s own kitchen garden
