LCMB is a workplace performance consultancy that helps organisations make their buildings and estates more efficient, economical and sustainable. Based in Banbury, we work across the public and private sectors UK-wide.
Our work runs across three areas. On compliance, we handle EPCs, MEES, ESOS assessments and statutory compliance for building systems. On consultancy, we build and deliver net zero roadmaps, run FM procurement and competitive tenders, and manage capital projects. On performance, our proprietary IQ Hub platform connects building systems to surface real-time data on energy, occupancy and cost and turn it into a costed case for what to fix first.
Typically, we deliver for clients a 15–20% energy reduction and 10-15% lower operating costs. Everything we do is about making buildings work harder and cost less to run.
